RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• Your satisfaction is our goal! We want you to be happy, so if with your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected. Please note: We do not give refunds on the shipping and handling charges.

• We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

• Please include a copy of your invoice.

• Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable, however we do offer one exchange per order and will ship it back to you for free, standard ground shipping.

• Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
